We want to serve you as easily and efficently as possible. Many of your questions maybe answered below in our FAQ which we ask you to check first. If these do not answer your questions, you can contact us by several methods:

2. If you wish to speak to a customer service representative please call our 24 hour customer service department at 1-800-208-3377. Please note, the customer service agents can answer basic questions and place orders for you but do not have access to your previously placed orders. If you leave a message we assure someone will call you back in a timely manner. Please do not call back and leave additional messages.

3. For those of you who prefer instant communication online, we can be contacted via several instant messaging programs with the name "Artfulwears". Please note, we do not guarantee online avilability 24 hrs a day, but if we are online we are more than happy to assist you. You can reach us via: AIM, Yahoo Messenger, and Google Talk.

FAQ:

1. How come I just received an email telling me UPS is picking something up from me when I haven't even gotten my order yet?

Don't fret, your order is on it's way. That email is simply letting you know that we created a complimentary return label for you, should you need to send anything back to us. The first email you received from UPS is the tracking number for the package you are going to receive.

2. I recently returned items to you but have not received a credit yet, did you get my return and was the credit processed?

The best way to track your return is via the UPS tracking number you received via email or write it down from the label. Typically returns are processed in large batches every 2 weeks. Once your refund has been made, you should receive an email saying their was a credit by FitStar. You should allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for it to reflect on your card statement.

3. I didn't see the Free Shipping Code when I placed my order, can you please refund my shipping?

Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, shipping charges can not be refunded for any reason. Should you need assistance in using the code in the future, we are happy to personally assist you. More information for this can be found on our shipping and returns page.

4. Can you please tell me the status of my order?

When orders are shipped you will receive an email to the address you gave when placing the order with a UPS tracking number. Should you need further information, please email customer service.

5. Why don't I see the size I need in the drop-down menu?

If the size is missing, that means we sold it or it was not made in the missing size. Sometimes we can special order more, if you would like to find out you can email us at customer service.

6. I am sending a gift, do you gift wrap?

Artfulwears would be HAPPY to gift wrap your purchases for you. It's FREE too. All you need to do is send us an email and let us know! If you want a card enclosed, tell us that too: customer service.

7. I can't seem to find size dimensions on the website, can you help me?

We apologize for this frustration! In a perfect world all of our brands would cut their clothes to the same size specifications but they don't. So unfortunately, we would have to measure each and every item. The GOOD NEWS is if you email us the items and sizes you are interested in, we can email you the dimensions or discuss sizes you wear in other brands and make a suggestion. We are happy to help!

8. How do I return something I don't want?

Please use the enclosed complimentary return label and send it back to us hassle free. More details can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

9. I am not sure what size I need, can someone assist me?
